Shadowmere is a statistically better horse as is Frost. Arvak, Frost and Shadowmere’s speed stat are all 100, but Shadowmere and Frost have more Stamina to run for longer because of their higher level.

Neither should you. There is a way you can get into the Sanctuary without using console commands. The simple way is that you install my mod which will start a quest to get into the Saanctuary even if you have destroyed the DB. If you haven’t it will upgrade the sanctuary.

I like joining the dark brotherhood during my characters villain arc. My last mage character started using necromancy and eventually joined them, it was really fun to roleplay. Yes, but time efficiency is different. You get 3k for a 10-20 minute quest vs 20k for a 1-2 hour quest line.
